Which hotels do you pick up from?+

Every hotel inside the Niagara Falls, NY area, and most hotels on the Canadian side near the Falls. Pickups outside Niagara (Buffalo, Toronto, NYC) are available on our airport-transfer and NYC day-trip services — not on regular daily tours.

What's your refund window?+

Free cancellation up to 96 hours before your tour. Inside 96 hours, refunds aren't available. We can usually move you to a different date even at short notice — just call.

Do you offer group rates?+

Yes — groups of 15 or more get dedicated coordination and discounted per-person pricing. See Group Tours or send a message with your dates and headcount.

Are your tours accessible?+

Folding wheelchairs and strollers are welcome on all tours with 48 hours' notice. Motorised wheelchairs and scooters can't be accommodated on the standard bus fleet — for those, a private vehicle is the better option.
